Pyramid Hill Neighbourhood House is your local access point for agency services in the Loddon Shire including Services Australia and Goldfields Libraries.
Centrelink Access Point
Tues-Friday 10am–4pm
You can connect with Centrelink, Medicare and other government programs and services at Pyramid Hill Neighbourhood House. We are a Services Australia access point. We have free self service facilities to help conduct your government business. Using our computers, you can log into your myGov account and get things done on the spot. We have phones for you to access phone self service or speak to a Services Australia staff member. If you’d rather use your mobile phone or tablet, we’ve got free Wi-Fi available. You can also use the Wi-Fi to download and install myGov or Express Plus mobile apps.
The Services Australia computer can also be utilised to access job-search sites.
Goldfields Library
Tuesdays at 11am
Come and browse our collection, join the library, order books from the main collection and enjoy this wonderful service.
Library staff visit the House every Tuesday and can help with borrowing using the self-loan kiosk, reserving and renewing items and using the catalogue. They can also help with learning about the library website, using library resources, as well as the eLibrary and digital resources.
